Processing Time

All orders are printed and prepared for shipment after purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and ready to ship. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.

  • Processing begins immediately upon order confirmation

  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time

  • Rush processing is available upon request—contact support for details

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location and weight. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination zip code and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor delivery status in real-time through the carrier's website.


Total Delivery Timeline

Expected delivery is 14–23 business days from order date:

  • 7–10 business days: Processing & printing

  • 2–5 business days: Shipping (varies by method & location)

  • Excludes weekends and holidays

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information. PO Boxes are accepted for USPS shipments only.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

We want your order to arrive in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

  • Contact us immediately with photos and your tracking number

  • We'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf

  • If approved, we'll either reship your order or issue a refund

  • Claims are typically resolved within 30 days

Signature Requirements

Standard shipments do not require a signature. Larger or bulk orders may be shipped signature-required for protection. You'll be notified if your order requires a signature.

Seasonal & Holiday Delays

During peak seasons (holidays, special events) and carrier holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders well in advance of important dates.
