Our story
Crew Gift Co. didn’t start in a boardroom. It was born in the mud, on an excavator, and deep in the trenches of underground utility work.
Where it started
Before founding Crew Gift Co., Cameron lived the trades from the ground up—laying pipe, setting heavy structures, fighting unforgiving weather, and keeping materials moving so the job got done right.
It was grueling, essential, real work. Like so many blue-collar workers, he found himself locked in the grind: up before sunrise, working until dark, and spending the weekend recovering just in time for Monday morning’s alarm.
The spark
That cycle sparked a realization: the grit, humor, pride, and unspoken brotherhood of the jobsite deserved more than cheap, generic gear. The crew deserved a brand that actually spoke their language.

The next chapter
Leaving the trenches wasn’t about turning a back on the trades—it was about honoring them. Underground utility work taught Cameron to solve problems on the fly, push through mental limits, and respect real labor. It also proved that the skills learned on a jobsite are the same tools needed to build a business from scratch.
